Plus there is a monthly online sound ceremony that facilitates powerful energy healing on all levels.

How it Works

‘Divine Communion’ 

There is also the option to gather live online most Tuesday evenings at 7:15pm for ‘Divine Communion’.  

I dress it up as a ‘yoga class’ and you get all those classic, aspirational goodies that come with a yoga class, but really, it’s a cosmic caper through your own higher consciousness!  

Together we play in the murky, fertile waters where your Divine Spirit meets your humanness. 

Whilst calming your nervous system (think mega zen!), learning spiritual concepts with practical applications, accessing simple life hack tools and toning and stretching your body. 

FOLKS - it’s what you call a win win win!

‘Sacred Sound Ceremony’

The second Tuesday of every month we dive into a virtual sound ceremony, a veritable portal of transformation,  sound healing, energy work and inter-dimensional magick! Relax in your bed, snuggled up in your favourite jim-jams and receive the potent energetic healing and activation.

The culture of CLAIR is one of kindness, tolerance, curiosity and openness. People love to just be in the community because they say it feels like being HELD. How much does it cost?

CLAIR is £47 per month. As long as you are in the community, the price never increases! 

You can cancel easily at any time.

Do I need to be a whiz at yoga?

Nope. The ‘yoga’ is not based around fancy sequences to show off on instagram, it’s about coming into a loving trusting relationship with yourself. All you need is a body and curiosity.
